First time at the 6pm class. Great bunch, all smiles. Karen was a real challange. 100 @18# in 7:31. Took all I had, but felt good to have survived. Bob
Did 150 - 10lb - 8:54, Very tough on the knees. Doug next time we do Karen maybe a few days prior to we could get in a few warm ups of wall balls. Maybe this would help with some of the soreness. (???)

Did 150 in 9:25 but used 12 lb ball and mostly only 7 foot shots. Made a noodle out of me. richard

8:15 (14lb) ball...tough for my drop-in WOD. It always sounds so easy till you start...feel great now that it's over.
Karen was tough. 6 pm class is a busy place, which is cool. 150.
