600 M Run
10 perfect pushups

WOD:
20 Box jumps
20 Jumping pull-ups
20 Kettlebell swings,
20 Walking Lunges
20 Knees to elbows
20 Push press, 35 pounds
20 Back extensions
20 Wall ball shots
20 Burpees
20 Double unders
Do each with perfect form, no rushing.
time does not matter.
