AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 Thrusters
men 115-95-75
women 85-65-55
10 Burpees

rest 5 min
50 wall balls for time

So..we had so many athletes this morning we modified the WOD a bit. We did 2 person teams:

7 Min AMRAP:
10 DB Thruster
10 Burpees
5 Min rest
then...
7 Min AMRAP:
250 Meter Row while your partner does continuous Box Jumps
3 Min Rest
then...
36 wall balls as fast as possible
Post total rounds per team for score.
Strong work by all athletes!

Wow! Awesome to here so many people came out on the weekend to push it! Chad...GREAT JOB! Loved the WOD and energy.

Tuesday - we are at the Beach---ALL DAY for Private Coaching AND Classes. The WOD will be a 'light and fun' WOD as next week is a "rest week" for us. You guys have been pushing hard for the past 4-5 weeks. GREAT JOB.
