CD - This looked like a great WOD!!! Please BLOG me and let me know who came in. I LOVE the 2k row after all the formalities. What a challenge.

Currently typing from the Appalachian State University Library....wow do we smell funny. (No shower in 3 days...)It is a good thing school is out for the summer. There aren't many students around to smell us. We are riding our mountain bikes around campus - getting a 'lay of the land'.

Hoping to wash off some camp fire and BO - later today....

I did this after classs with a weight of 95# and a time of 23:29..

28:10 95/115 went up to 115 at 55 reps, great workout selection Chad. Time to nap until the deadlifts on monday. It is great to know what WOD is coming up next.
