Both L1, 4 rounds. Ken 18:12. Gretchen (not feeling lively but still knocked two minutes off first Carlin) 19:32. Riga Warm Up: Winter Tire Schlep. Unwrap tires, carry from balcony through flat down five flights of stairs, around block, up one fight of stairs, then 200m sprint to parking deck. In the rain.

Will miss your official workouts next week--we're off to Paris en famille. Our next CF WOD will be in le Jardin de Luxembourg.

Did L2 with 10 lb. in 18:20. Did first at 17:25 second at 22:16. so I guess I'm consistantly inconsistant. richard

Great posts. I would like to 'pose'....get it...'pose' a question to you today. I saw everyone's power and energy "drop off" at some point. Think physiologically about this and determine on this WOD and on future WOD's, how long you can push at MAX effort. Remember, we (CF) is interested in total power output. In other words...how long can you sustain 300w of output power? Technically, the longer your can maintain PEAK power...the more fit you are. Becoming lean, defined, and toned machines, who are coordinated and can think on the fly makes you a better specimen.

So...when pushing yourself...where do you drop off? 20min, 13 min, 33 min? Do you notice a difference in zapping your power between FRAN and Carlin? If your number is 13 min....our job is to get you to 15min.
