With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use L1 #45, L2 #25, L3 #15 pound plate, women use L1 #25, L2 #15, L3 #10 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24."

Thanks to all the riders today- Another great group. Think the shovelers worked pretty hard too. As always, more challenging that it looks!

I have to admit, it was a good WOD. Just a tough one.
10:36 with 45lbs...Boy I am glad I live here in Florida, snow shoveling was tough but Fun!!! Enjoyed the 6pm class with Leslie and Kate!!!
