Thanks everyone for the cheers on the race Alex and I did. It was hard but we both improved our times from last year. Alex by 20 minutes and me by 15 minutes.
Looks like the race here was fun to watch next year we all need to do the Amelia Man!!
Started with 75 pounds and soon realized that it was too heavy. Went down to 65 and was doable but hard overall. Ready for a relaxing ride through the Fort tomorrow.
Today was by far the best Squat Cleans I have seen by the group. Hip "crease" was below your knees on 95% of all students. Way to go team. Special kudos to the guys who backed off the weights and put aside the testosterone to focus on form. This type of training will pay big dividends in the future. Bravo.
today was my first day of a new quarter at school and my students didn't understand why i had to write horizontally on the board...because i couldn't reach my arms above my head or my muscles would spasm!
this was a really hard work out, but a good benchmarker for me. 25:26 with 45#. i would like to do this monthly to see my time decrease and learn to be more efficient. kristen
Did Wednesday WOD on Thursday, Thanks Kate for letting us do it... I was hoping I would get to do this one. It was tough, but a good one. I felt like my form and squats were much better. I agree with Kristen on doing this WOD once a month for a better time. Thanks Amy, Carol and Kate for the push.. (Women Power) !! Time: 29:05 weight 45#.

10K row, 40 min. Took a cardio day as still looking for gym with decent equipment. Wishing all a great day!
This looks like a good WOD. I hate that I will miss it.
Did it with 55 lbs but don't recall time - although I know it was a long long one. Produced mucho sweat and wobble. Too much running. richard
