Warm up:
800 m Run

WOD:
"Filthy Fifty - Muddy Forty - or Dirty Thirty"
50 Box jump
50 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
50 Walking Lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Filthy Stinking Fifty - fun to work out with the early am crowd. 33:52 - long and hard morning! Started with KB and finshed up with Pullups - not the best strategy!

Dirty Thirty, Tough work out. Time was 27:?? I think.

22:07 - Dirty "30"...50 would of been really hard...I was doing good to do the dirty 30....boy I was tired when it was over...

Done the 5k run on Saturday for the Susan Komen Breast Cancer foundation and I done it in 43:16...Improving a little which is my Goal!

Filthy Fifty in 31:52 as Rx with double jumping pull-ups and x3 on the jump ropes- by the time I got there I was not about to succeed at double unders! Great workout.
