Warm up:
800m jog
15 Air Squats
10 Push Ups
1 min Invisible Jump Rope
(2 rounds)
Skill:
Pose Running technique(getting ready for the Shrimp Festival Run)
WOD:
100m Run
- Based on time of 1st run (all out - 100% effort)
- All efforts must be timed within 80% of initial effort
- Once you drop below 80% - you are done.
- Keep track of rounds - the more rounds you can do the better
- Bring a towel

I L O V E Crossfit on the beach!!! Even in the rain, it was a great morning. The 6:30 a.m. folks kicked butt.....

this sounded like a cool workout, especially in the rain! sorry to have missed it.
I counted between 6 and 12 rounds (sprints) from most people. Thought all the efforts were really great and I COMPLETELY appreicate how hard you all pushed! Please get ice on any injury you may have incurred. I am confident that the more 'odd' WOD's we can do like this...the more your body will be able to adapt and conquer.
Getting all our bodies ready to overcome any physical challenge....
