Monday March 16th WOD

Yep.. it's Monday...

Run 800 m
then once everyone is back
1 min thrusters
1 min plank hold on elbows
1 min thrusters
1 min plank hold on right side
1 min thrusters
1 min plank hold on left side
1 min thrusters
1 min crab walk
1 min thrusters
count total number of thrusters

52 total thrusters, tried to pace myself through the hated thrusters, and still was gasping for air.

I saw this one and thought "easy Monday" then I did it and realized this makes Fran look pretty good, those planks are equally as difficult as pullups and I surpassed the thrusters by 17. OUCH!

I thought we had it bad here in sunny CO. The CFAI WOD looks like it kicked some tails!

Can't wait to see everyone again on Thursday! Learned some new stuff and can't wait to try it out on your guys!

37 Thrusters/45lbs....this was harder than I thought!! Definately need to improve on the Thrusters!!
