One of my good friends, CF Jax Coach, and Sifu; Chris Russell has pointed me to www.logsitall.com. Has anyone else tried to log-on and record some of your scores?
It appears to be a great way to view some of your peers within your age group and ability level.
Soon will head to Maine to build a cottage. My first year of CrossFit has been great - I have gotten out of it more than I put into it - and that is all anyone can ask. I thank Leslie + Doug and the 6:30 am class for all their instruction and encouragement. See you in a few months. richard

it was good to continue to practice the cleans and pullups but not so many in one WOD next time. my hamstrings are still singing
richard- where is the cottage? we have a family place in shapleigh maine outside of sanford...anywhere near there?
