Work on the "Negative/Ecentric" portion of the jumping ring dip

75 "Wab" Balls
50 Kettlebell Swings (men = 1 pood / women = 1/2 pood)

All of the WOD's the last few weeks have been great. (or should I say the one's I have made it to.)I like the weight mixed in with some cardio, it really gets the blood pumping. 18:31.
