Warm Up:
5 Dips - 3 rounds with a minute rest between sets. During rest - get limber, do some jogging, and get loose for your run. Get enough blood running through your shoulders...so that you will not hurt yourself during dip attempts.

I am so proud of your guys that saw this WOD on the board - and came in to do it. I know this has been a tough week...so topping it off with a 5k puts the icing on the cake. Way to go!
Tomorrow is the last 8a.m. Saturday WOD. Next week the Satruday WOD moves to 8:30a. We will be riding bikes this Sat at 9:15a and next week at 9:30'ish. Looking forward to putting in some miles with fellow CF'ers!
Completed the 5K in 28:06. Owen 28:00. Two weeks ago Alyson 28:19, Owen 28:04. Don't know why you want my bodyweight, but ok...Alyson 132 and Owen 189.

Rowed the 5K this morning in 22:54.
7 dips weight 217 Age: "older than dirt" It was a great week.
It figures that on a day when I had to go to work early----the WOD is a run!

i was that girl who saw the 5k and went to spin. i bailed- i will admit it. however, i plan on doing it this weekend. first time for everything! kristen
