I was a little off today as well Joe...not big deal - just like the UFC...I am sure there will be another.

Taylor...did you see that 5 fingers is a sponsor of the CF Games??? :-)

Saw some very good Push Presses today. SDHP and Box Jumps were another story!!! Ouch!!!

Other than that a great crowd and a great push to get the adrenaline going! Thank you all for helping Coach!

ughhh...the fight that has gone bad. glad I missed it. I wear mine 5 fingers in the gym and get plenty of looks even more since I'm doing CF and now busted out the sheathed toes. Miss you guys.
Today I did AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
95lbs Thrusters x5
95lbs Hang Power Cleans x7
95lbs SDHP x10
then walked outside to watch the steam rise off my body in the snowstorm we were having.

we had ladies night tonight for the 6 p.m. great group - it was tough as usual, but fun. i had almost forgotten how tiring one minute can be.

183 - I went up on everything....55lbs, 20 inch box jump & 14pd med. ball. Very Tough & it took everything out of me afterwards!! I was Tired! But Loved IT!

Kate is The BEST!!! She Rocked The FGB!

I hated that I had to miss this one, FGB is tough but it is one of my favorites WOD's.
