50 feet of walking overhead lunges
21 burpees
5/4 Rounds
M=45
W=25, 15

Warmup:
200 M. High Knee Skip
5 Handstands
10 Air Squats
15 Knees to Elbows
2 Rounds

So, this is HARD! Only could manage 4 rounds. Good efforts 8:30class. Everyone little sluggish after Tues. FGB. uderstandable!

OMG!!! Leslie, your killing us. :o). Another tough WOD, but in a good way. I have come to the conclusion that burpees are going to be my friend. 4 rounds...Whew..

I am Sore!!! This was really harder than I thought it would be!!! I done 4 rounds but I would of not made it without the 6pm class for pushing Me!! Really Hard!! But like always afterwards I am So Proud Of MySelf!!!
