500m Row
20 Push Ups
20 Lunge Steps
5 Hand Stands
30 Left Jabs
30 Right Crosses
(2 Rounds)
WOD:
-1 Min on each exercise
5 exercises:
*Clean
*Box Jump
*Wall Ball
*Push up
*Jump Rope
- Similiar to Fight Gone Bad...time each exercise for 1 minute, then rotate to the next exercise
- 1st round (of 5 exercises) is a "Warm-up" round
- Add second and third round together for final total score.
- report scores on board and on BLOG

Thanks to everyone on the information on the recovery drinks! Thus far....it appears that liquid combined with some L-Glutamine in some form is stillthe best formula!
I missed yesterday...so did Helen today...PR by 1 second. I don't want to report my time...due to feeling like it should have been much better, but 10:57.
Clay...great job today!!!! Fran in the 6min time zone. Wow!!! Massive improvement in a very short time frame. What is your secret??

477. able to get a lot of points with the jump rope. liked the workout, but really liked it once it was over.

227, I think.. My brain was too exhausted to add. For me I think that was good. I really felt like I was pushing myself. Thanks Doug for pushing me.. When I thought I was about to give up and you announced the seconds remaining, it helped me to even push harder.
I will push harder next time. It was a great workout.
