20 Low Bar Back Squats (M-135, W -75)
15 Push Press (M-75, W-55)

L1 - 5 Rounds
L2 - 4 Rounds
L3 - 3 Rounds

L2 (4) WOW, 20:25. First time trying L2. My legs felt like jello while doing the squats. I really like this workout, I felt the cardio and the weights. (I'm just glad the police did not drive up when we were against the wall). :0)

Which one is harder in today's workout? Push Press, Squats, or DU's?

21:20 4 rounds with L1 weight. One of the better workouts, now if I can just squat lower.

L1: 17:55 and I think the squats were the most taxing on the muscles, however the push press was difficult for me because of this shoulder issue. Really enjoy these kind of workouts. Doug, be safe and we will miss you while your gone.

Doug-I dont think I can handle any more..Ive done more squats this week than combined in my whole life. Walking is good enough! I will be praying for your trip. How bout Joes two a days!!

15:53 and the push press was definitely the most difficult. those DU's are not my favorite either.

doug, rae, amy, hill, etc, be safe! we will miss you and look forward to great pictures and stories when you return.
