"Kate"

20 Burpees
10 Handstand pushups
10 Knees to Elbows
400 M run

L1 - 5 rounds
L2 - 4 rounds
L3 - 3 rounds

those burpees make me sting. i didn't realize you could stay up on the headstand push-ups so i wasted a lot of energy getting myself up and down off the wall each rep. now i know for next time! thanks kate, your attitude is contagious.

great work out! Saturdays are fun but I think I will work to get 4 days of WOD's during the week.

As for a suggested work out, I would like to do a Fight Gone Bad. Crazy as it sounds, Sept will be on us very soon. I am already receiving E mail from Scott Zagarino at www.athletesforacure.org, scary!!
