55 lbs round 1 and 2. 65 lbs round 3. Wish we did Oly lifting more frequently. Forget form quickly. richard

95-105-125.. form comes and goes, still have a tough time catching low. flexibility and strength a little better each time..

95-105-125 This was better than last month but still need to practice. It feels strange to explode up and then reverse to catch low.

55, 60, 65 did o.k. on form, little shaky toward the end

55-60-65, I think. I thought the weight was more the whole workout, until the sets of 1. I wish the weight was higher, but it was good to really work on my form. I need to get my shoulders locked out and my "jump" a little tighter and I think I'll be very close. Looking forward to getting it right!

Really need to practice on my form. Thinking about it confuses me, you just have to do it and not think about it. Maybe next time I'll be ready for a little more weight.. Just a little...
