Wednesday WOD

Four rounds of:
800 meter Run

*Rest 4 minutes between rounds
*Go fast!  Give full effort on each and treat as one rep max
*Post fastest 800 meter round

Best 800 m was 5:13. Running just aint my bag. Hurts me. richard

2:54 was my best. It helps that I got to stretch in three different classes before I did this WOD.

4 rounds .... 4:02, 4:03, 4:01, and 3:56 pretty consistent pace throughout. Not sure if that's a good thing or not!
