10 Overhead PVC Squats
15 Abmats
10 PVC Pushpress
15 Knees to Elbows
80 jump ropes

WOD:
"BlackJack"
7 Thrusters (M=95, W=55)
7 Burpees
7 Pullups
7 rounds

This was tougher than I expected .... will blame it on being the first WOD since Friday.

Time was 17 something, 55# thrusters

My words will not be able to express enough about the efforts that I witnessed today. I love seeing when athletes give it there all and push to finsh a WOD. Thanks to all today for their heart and determination.

14:47 95# thrusters and rx pullups. Hard, hard, hard workout. Workout looks easier than it is. Shaved about a min. from previous blackjack I did while in Maine.

14:18 55#, small band pull-ups. Tough stuff...super sore already and it's only been 24 hours!

Have been to busy to CrossFit since "the fight", and wednesday's workout was definitely harder than it looks...
got home and realized that I didn't do squat thrusters after the first two rounds...somehow my tired brain went to overhead presses??????????????????
