"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Hi All,
I sure do miss everyone - especially the 6:00 p.m.ers. Thanks (I think) Doug for the blog yesterday.
We are settling into CA - but still have not made it to a CFit affiliate. I've been struggling with a cold for the past week. Maybe this weekend.
Everyone keep up the good work. I will see you when we come home for a weekend.

Alyson and I did not make any of the classes so we made our own WOD last night. 5 rds 1000 meter row,10 thrusters, 95/55 #. Owen 27:06, Alyson 29:36.
