Warmup:
5 Burpees
10 Situps
2 Rounds
Skill:
Inchworm to plank holds
Rope Holds

WOD:
AMRAP in 15 minutes
5 Thrusters (PVC)
7 Inverted Pullups
10 Side to Side hops

Mazana and Tristan each did 16 rounds. It was fun watching them work on form and push themselves to work harder. Awesome way to start their lives...I hope that CrossFit will be with them forever!
