Nice. You are all hired for a "virtual sail" starting Nov 27th. We will be 'virtually gone' until Dec 24th. The 28 day sail is advertised at www.concept2.com. What is 100,000m divided by 28??

Good to have you with us Chris! Thank you for doing such a great job on our Fight Gone Bad Shirts and our upcoming Cycling Power Clinic. You Rock. If you ordered a FGB shirt - they are "IN".

Special "Thank You" to the 6p.m. class and clients I left high and dry on Monday night. Our Mission Trip "debrief" from Zacapa, Guatemala, happened and was another amazing time with the TEAM. One interesting FACT about Mission Trips - is that IF a TEAM meets within 10 days (post trip) the success rate of their journey and chances of each team member completing another trip increases by over 80%. Thank you. See you Tuesday night!
