Last night, mod WOD: 1000 meter row, 10 pullups, 10 rds. 54:10, would have been 2 or three min faster if my hands did not tear on the second to last set of pullups. Wanted to try something different for the youth ride.

It was great to see the morning class today! This workout was like a prey on my weaknesses. Those turkish get-ups and Bruce Lee push-ups were tough on my shoulders. I did 5 rounds in 20:56. I wanted to quit, but knew I had to push through...can't always focus on the strengths, I guess.
Looks like everyone is still pushing hard. Greetings to the morning class from the high mountians of Utah. Frost on the ground this morning, with beautiful blue skies. Miss you guys.

Great workout this morning! I wanted to quit after 4, but managed to complete 5 rounds in 21:21.
The last one was rough.
5 rounds in 19:33ish .... 15# turkish get-ups
was a toss up between the get-ups & the bruce lees as to which was worse!
