WOD: "Isabel"
  • 30 Snatches for time
  • Men = either 135lbs / 95lbs / 75lbs
  • Women = either 95lbs / 65lbs / 35 lbs
  • eyes forward
  • "jump" stance - moves to "land" stance - only 1-2" apart
  • Strong JUMP on the 2nd Pull
  • Receive (catch) in the bent leg position

I was feeling totally weak this morning and couldn't seem to get it. I started with 55# and dropped to 35# mid workout. Completed in 5:00.

Wow guys...thanks for all the B-day wishes. It is sooooo cold here. Got into the airport at around 10a and it was 32 degrees. Ouch...wasn't ready for that. I am sitting in the hotel now..with my CFAI beannie, jacket, long sleeve shirt, and socks. All "on" with the heat. I can't believe I have become such a FL boy....
