CF East Warm Up:
(please join us the third week in each month for "CF in the Park")
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
20 KB Swings
(4 rounds)

Skill: none

WOD:
Box Jumps
  • Each minute on the minute - perform 1 additional box jump
  • 1st min = 1 jump
  • 2nd min = 2 jumps
  • 3rd min = 3 jumps - etc...
  • record maximum number of jumps within each minute until you can't do another
  • then...either run 400m or row 500m - record total time

Tough workout after a few days off and a little sickness. At the 6pm class, I finished 18 rounds on a 20" box, jumping up and stepping down- with the 400m run my time was 19:03. Great to be back in the saddle!

Owen completed 20 rounds in the morning class. They did not have the time, but he also ran.

Completely LOVE these simple yet challenging WOD's. From what I heard from most of you all...it started out very innocently...and then the box started GROWING TALLER! :-) Congrats to all who jumped. We love you steppers too....but the real credit goes to all who pushed past their normal limits of what they 'thought' they could do... and stepped out of the comfy zone... Way to go!
