5 Kettlebell Swings
1 trip up the bouldering wall (either jump or climb down)
10 forward traveling Jumping Lunges
10 Back Extensions
(3 rounds)

Skill:
Double Unders

WOD:
10 Sledge Hammer Swings
15 Double Unders
5 Deadlifts (bodyweight)

AMRAP - 15 minutes
