Paleo Challenge Notes:
- Couldn't get a corporate rate on blood work...so ya'll are on your own. I am going to personally get mine done and I would encourage you all to do the same PRIOR to the challenge.
- You will need to get the following tests to look at: Standard work-up, LDL - particle size (small and dense is bad / large and puffy = good), C-reative protien (tells about inflamation and tendonitis), Hb1aC (better indicator of blood sugar over time).
- Is anyone interested in coming up with a list of "can eats" and "can't eats" for our group? I would be happy to be a proof-reader if you are interested in developing a Sandbox Paleo list! :-)

Wow. Did this WOD today (Thurs). FUN! I can't believe no one else posted on this one... We will see this one again soon with different variations.
