20 sec Hand Stand
20 Single Arm Circles
(2 rounds)
WOD:
Push Up Poker
  • 100 reps
  • Place your bet for perfect Push Ups
  • If you fail to reach your bet OR if Coach deems inadequate - you start over from "ZERO"
  • BLOG time
