How does the gym look??? I am dying to see it... I heard Joe is helping/helped out. Would love to see a picture...if any of you have an iphone.

Basic Barbell Cert is tough. Coach Rip is tougher. We went over Bench, S Press and Squat today. Must have done at least 100 reps in sets of 5 with 285. Tough to get the form...so I have a ton to share with you guys!

1. Feet shoulder width or CLOSER
2. Knees go OUT!
3. We are bending at the WAIST now.
4. Still leading on ascent with HIPS.

Can't wait to go over it all with you.

WE WILL BE IN THE BIG GYM MONDAY!!!
