Great looking efforts from all. Way to 'work' on your REST! I love seeing all you guys mentally push out of your comfort zone and really REST Anerobically between sets. Getting that full recovery for another effort is so important... Right Chad?

I was really excited by this workout. I came in beaten down with allergies and left energized by success!
PR (I think) 135#- 5 rep max, 65 for 20 reps x2.
