100 Thrusters (these will be juged strongly - please adjust your weight)
-Men - 95 - 75 - 55
-Women - 65 - 45 - 25

did 100 low back squats as an alternate since the shoulder is still hurting...43# 9:39

Had quite a few Modified WOD's on this one today. A rough week on the legs for sure. For those who did the WOD...way to push. I hope you rested well....and hard this weekend! :-) See you all on Monday.

Results are in. We have lunges, Thrusters, and SDHP's. This pic is a machine from the 60's - the ASS master. It is my understanding that you would "SIT" on the machine and it would roll away your PHAT.
