Friday - Feb 2nd WOD

Question= How old do you have to be to do CrossFit?
Warm Up:
20 Hollow Rocks
21 Ab Mat Sit Ups
9 Step Ups
15 Air Squats

Skill for January: (Initiaion of the Pull Up)
2 sets of 15 Ring Swings

WOD:
Low Bar Back Squat: 5 - 5 - 5 - 3 - 3 - 3
Thrusters - 5 - 5 - 3 - 3
Sumo Deadlift High Pull - 5 - 3

How old do you have to be? You are NEVER too old -- when they have to roll me in on a gurney I will still be able to do some sort of workout.
Did back squats with 135, thrusters with 65 and SDLHP with 85. Great workout. richard

Amen, Richard. Old is just a state of mind. Great workout, 165# back squats, 105# thrusters and 115# SDHLP

i don't know how much my weight was, but it was a good workout. doug- what was the weight of the bar we used?

my shoulders are still tender from tuesday's WOD, so the back squats were tough. kristen

BS #135, thruster #65 and SDLHP #85. Great sharing a bar with Richard and Tina this morning. Solid WOD, like to see how strong everyone is getting with good form!

hey! looks like a great WOD. definitely missing CFAI. but loving it here in tucson. went on my first hike this morning! absolutely beautiful and amazing. hi to everyone in the box. i am heading to crossfit tucson on monday to check it out. am pretty sure it won't measure up to CFAI and all the wonderful people!

Done in Riga january 3--no doubt will be feeling those legs shortly.

We say never too old for Crossfit--just did a three generation workout New Year's Eve.....
