14:30 with 95 lbs, vs. 13:38 75lbs on 9/22. When I saw Fran was going to be the WOD, I was dreading it. When I was pulling into the gym, I decided dreading the girls was the wrong attitude and the goal should be personal best on all the girls this week. Thanks for the great support this morning.
Tough morning, but glad I did it. Started at 75# and ended at 55# with jumping pull ups. 11:02 Great to have such a good turn out on a rainy morning with a tough wod scheduled. Bob
I am so impressed by all of you Die Hards - little rain can't stop you!! Was great to watch the amount of effort everyone put into this WOD today! Fun to witness!
greetings from tucson! randomly enough, we did FRAN yesterday. i did 6:00 flat with 65 # thrusters and regular pull-ups. i think this is a pr. have to go back and check. i have found a box here. it is called crossfit works. the website is not up and running because they are only a couple of months old. renovation is still in progress. the people are very friendly, but no substitute for D-fresh and LT. i definitely miss everyone at CFAI! look forward to coming back in the summer and hitting it hard with you guys.
Great posts. I am always personally interested in the LOVE / HATE relationship with Fran. When you embrace her...she is like a fine wine. When you despise her she will own you forever.
7m30s - still hurting from the Oly Lift Meet. Felt my shoulder BIG TIME. Had to back off a few times.
Congrats to Kate on rockin' the world. Actually, everyone seemed to have some pretty awesome times. BIG welcome back to Billie Jo and welcome to the BLOG to KCJ.

Gretchen is bummed to have missed this one as she is sick with a sinus infection.
For those interested, lots of action in Riga last night (and right outside our window):
