9 Box Jumps (24"- m / 20"- f)
9 Pull Ups
9 Wall Ball (m - 20lbs f - 14lbs)
9 Deadlifts (m - 135 lbs / f - 95lbs)
9 Push Ups
9 Sit Ups
9 Back Extentions

Did 5 rounds = 33:31. Did first 3 rounds DL with 95 lb then drop to 55. richard

5 rounds 25ish. 95# dl. I really enjoy these workouts, I feel like I am multi-tasking. Feels good to be exhausted again.

6 rounds, 95# DL, was VERY glad when done ....I think it was 37 minutes

this is a great total workout. did 4 rounds, 30:38 and was toast. Wasn't listening well enough and did double walking lunges. The price you pay for not paying attention. Bob

5 rounds in 2613 (maybe). i am not used to getting up so early yet and was tired. good workout! owen did 4 rounds in 27?? a great start! i am stoked to have him in the sandbox and also to be back in classes myself. here's to a fit 2009!

Tough WOD LT. Way to work 'em. Kudos to anyone over 4 rounds...that was intense.

3 rounds....This was a Tough workout but a Good one!! I was so Tired afterwards!!
