Guys Week

...that's right...it's the guys turn!

W"o"rm up:
10 inch worm lengths
20 High Knee Skips
3 rounds

WOD: "Murph"
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
  • We have 10 and 20 pound vests if you would like to wear one.
  • Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
  • Modify as needed into 1/2, 3/4 or full Murph.

this is a good one to do remote since very little equipment is involved. but am wondering what is an equitable sub for pull ups if you don't have a bar? thanks. kristen.

Done 1/2 - 40:16 - "Murphy" and it was Rough!

1st time back in a week and I thought this was going to kill me! I think this was my first for "Murphy"
