1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
- We have 10 and 20 pound vests if you would like to wear one.
- Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run.
- Modify as needed into 1/2, 3/4 or full Murph.

this is a good one to do remote since very little equipment is involved. but am wondering what is an equitable sub for pull ups if you don't have a bar? thanks. kristen.
