michael! one of my favorites. we did filthy fifty today. my time was 28:20 - pull-ups, ktes, kettle bells, lunges, box jumps, double unders, burpees, push press, wall balls.......

a great workout on an amazing day! history is being made and it is great to witness.

Bad news is I can't look over my right shoulder. Good news is I didn't do it in Crossfit. Time was 27 or 29 something. Can't remember.

38:17 - 3 rounds( I think)...Oh my gosh my thighs and my abs are killing me! It was really cold last night running, thought that would make me run faster! ha!
