Check out how flat this Med Ball is after Murph last week! :-) We won't tell you who was "sitting" on it instead of "touching" the ball....but make sure it isn't YOU!
Warm Up:
600m Tube Ruck
5 Burpees
10 Empty Bar Shoulder Press
2 Rounds

Skill:
2 x 5 Pull ups

WOD:
9 Thrusters
600m Run
5 Turkish Get-ups
  • Thrusters - m=95 / w=65
  • 3 or 4 rounds
  • Turkish = m=20 / w=10
  • Use one arm for each of the 4 rounds of the Turkish

55lb thruster and 15lb Turkish. Good WOD, but shoulders and hammies screaming from Monday! Thanks to KT for hanging with me!

28:?? I was just glad to finish. Thrusters destroy me faster than any exercise, which means I ahould practice them.

This was a good one. The pipe carry was a good twist. Did L2 75#thrusters and 15# getups. Ran/walk about 50/50 which is an improvement. Time: 25:30 Shoulders and quads talking back.

65# thruster and 10# tgu 4 rounds: 20:40ish and I had nothing more to give today.

65lb thruster, 10lb tg, 4 rounds ... 20:13 (I think) shoulder was "talking" to me (and not in a nice way...) when I was done

running in the rain was great! think I got 3 rounds with 75# & 20# - will have to check with CFC tomorrow.
lost my focus during my last round...
