WOD - Friday - Dec 12

What is the heck is a Burpee Ball?
Joe after a rough "Filthy Fifty"
you may not recognize him now that he has dropped over 20lbs!
Warm Up:
15 Back Extensions
15 Standing Bent Knee Twists
3 Warrior Poses (each leg) - rest 10 seconds between efforts
15 Skipping High Knees
5 Surfer Pop Ups
(3 rounds)

WOD:
21 Abdominal V-sits
15 Burpee Balls (Burps and Wall Ball combined)
21 Double Unders
(3 or 4 Rounds)

wall ball burpees -- INTERESTING... good workout, especially at 6:30 a.m., after the party


Now for a suggestion ..... for those that want to work out on Saturday, how about 8:00 instead of 9:30???????

Did WOD in 12:10 for 3 rounds.

I'm all for moving the Saturday class to 8:00 am. By end of 9:30 class the day is half wasted. richard

was the only one at the 9:30am class...where is everyone? we worked on form, not on time during 1 on 1 training session which i really needed so thanks doug!

i agree with moving saturday up- 8:30 would be better since childcare doesn't open until then. 9:30 is just too late. kristen

Great class this morning after a teriffic party last night. Thanks to Leslie, Doug and Ray for all the worksetting it up. We will all certainly miss Kate and Taylor. Not sure I like Wall Ball Burpees any better than regular Burpees. 3 rounds 18:32. Good luck to all the runners tomorrow.

RE: The Saturday 8:30 a.m. class - numbers have been a little sparse for the past few Saturday's...so I have no problem moving it, BUT the majority rules. If you are not BLOGGING you may miss out. Please let us hear your voice regarding Saturday's class. We probably wouldn't make a move until January 3rd - which will give us another 2 Saturday's to "poll" the clan.

Thanks for the respects on the party Bob. Rae actually cleaned up after us this FRI - a.m. and it was pretty rough. If you see her - please mention something. PS - special thanks to Leslie, Rae, Hamp, Jay, Will, adn to you all for the increadible chow that was provided. I know all the Coaches had a blast; and we will definitely miss Big T and Special K.

What a fun group and a "fun time in life" we are in with CrossFit.
