Did grip with 25 lb plate = 0:52. Did wod in 16:27 for 75x. Think pullups are hardest part with pushups a close second. Richard
we all did 50 reps which was a nice break for a change. 12:00 flat. the sequence of pullups then pushups was hard. 1:15 on the 25lb. grip plate, but i think my hands were supposed to be more on top-less to the sides. kristen
Did 50 in 9:07. Think tired from all the extra rowing. Oh well - midddle of week rut.
29:30 100 reps, it took 10 minutes for pushups, abs, squats, then forever on the pullups
I did 100 in 18:53. And 1:13 on the 25# grip test- a personal record!
mine were jumping pull-ups, by the way.
Love all the PR's on the CFAI Home Made Grip Test. I wish you could see each others faces in the squatting position while you providing a "effort". I will undoubtably get in trouble for this...but it reminded me of camping a few month's ago...minus the tree leaves.
I am trying to think of any accepted "Strength Tests" that do not use Grip Strength as a limiter...can you think of any?
1. Grip Dynomomenter
2. Standing Force Plate Pull
3. ?
