Strange - CF Pensacola did the same WOD today as us. Went in to their completely cool box and finished my rowing. Yuck. Thank God that is over with.

Normal stuff - rings, GHD's, Med balls but it has brick walls that are totally cool. Love the old towne look and track lighting that goes with it. Anyone want/need a t-shirt? Let me know - $15. I will train there again on Friday...then back to the Puca's to watch the best UFC yet.
Good participation today (8 peeps in morning crowd). Know you will feel this one the next couple days! Doug, glad to hear you finished up your rowing - too close not to. Had 9000 to do today - do not want to row for a long while. Cool tshirt, then yes. Merry, merry Christmas to all!
