Extremely hard on quads. Thought at first I would do 4 rounds but could barely make three. Squat with 75 lbs. KB steps with 12 kg on 20" box. Time = 15:00. The 14 stair steps to my office were very slow after. richard
brutal workout started with 165 squat and 24 kg step ups ended at 130 squat and 16 kg kettlebells step ups. Only 3 rounds. time was 19:10
wow. definitely a leg workout. started with 135 squat but had to back down to 115. great workout though!

Looks like I missed a good one. I was at work in Jville this a.m. at 5:30 .... after looking at the WOD, maybe I got the better deal!!
