Warm Up:
25 Air Squats
15 KTE
10 sec Warrior Pose each leg
Inchworm - 20'
11 Step ups - 20" box each leg
(3 rounds)

WOD:
1000m Row
15 Push Press (m=75, w=55)
1 min Stationary Bike
9 Power OR Squat Cleans (same wt as PP)
(3 Rounds)

Rowers...great efforts. I love WOD's like this due to getting 5+ minutes in one "position"...then having to COMPLETELY switch body positions and metabolic channels into a typically anerobic movement (cleans). THIS is truly how life works. You NEVER get to pick your body position, your intensity, or the time an "effort" is going to take.

Love this stuff.
