Wed - Good Fight



CrossFit for embryo's! We truly enjoyed Leanne's (barely prego in these pics) help in our recent Publix grocery store tour Monday night. Leanne is our CrossFit Paleo Nutrition Certified expert. We love Leanne and commend her for continuing to exercise through her pregnancy.....a true CrossFitter!

Warm Up:

5 Burpees
5 Push Ups
5 Jump Squats
50 Mountain Climbers
(2 rds)
WOD: The "Good" Fight
  • 1 Minute intervals
  • No rest between stations
  • 5 x 1 minute intervals (just as in FGB)...then a 1 minute REST
  • Keep track of reps on each exercise station
  • 3 Rounds
Pull Ups
Tuck Jumps - hands must clap under thighs
OHS - M=75 / W=55
DB to Overhead (Single arm and can switch)- any way possible - M=35 / W=20
Double Unders

Thanks to everyone who has been able to come out to the Paleo Nutrition Clinics. The next one will be Monday, March 1st at 7pm. If you have missed the previous clinics feel free to ask for the material; we'll get you caught up and see you at the next 2 clinics!

Our newest CrossFit Kid has only 2 months left in the oven. I'm taking it easy (kindof) for now, but am looking forward to getting back to regular workouts.
