Every Minute on the Minute
at the top of each odd minute perform 3 overhead squats
men 135#/women75#
at the top of each even minute perform 5 pull ups, 7 push ups,10 ab mats
continue this routine for 20 minutes
the time left each minute is rest, enjoy it

Every minute on the minute
at the top of each odd minute perform 3 power cleans
men 155#/women 95#
at the top of each even minute perform 5 pull ups, 7 push ups, 10 air squats
continue this routine for 20 minutes

Wild to see everyone getting better on the OHS as the rounds went on... Rds 5,6,7 got better and better as the WOD continued.
