8 Bench Press - (BodyWeight)
8 Bent Over Row (Bodyweight)
8 Rounds

L2 = 75% BodyWeight
L3=50% Bodyweight

Interesting fate trying to "hold" the same weight for the entire 8 sets. Many students seemed surprised to know that the weights used were lower than anticipated!

Love doing the rows...offsetting the pushing movement of the Bench. Pulling the shoulders back in a violet/fast twitch action will allow a completely different nervous action/reaction within the movement.
