Haitian Relief Effort

January 30th, CrossFit East affiliates banned together to help our Haitian brothers. Present were:
CrossFit Nocatee
CrossFit SouthSide
CrossFit Jax
CrossFit East
CrossFit Amelia Island
CrossFit BlackFin
CrossFit Daytona
CrossFit Crucible
CrossFit West Jax

We represented well - and all had a great time! Over $400 was donated and a private donor matched our contribution. Thank you to all who participated.....you understand what we are about.

Warm up - 12 min
10 eight count body builders
30 mountain climbers
20 lunges with 10LB dumbell
Air Squat - 10lb dumbell.

Deadlift = 15 min

Squat = 10 min (added an additional set by increasing last set by ten lbs. (Only 3 reps)

WOD 4 sets ==22 min

Swim = 8 Laps (small pool)

Stretch = 10 min
