Strength WOD:
10 Bent Over Barbell Row
(5 rounds)

Mini WOD:
  • 10 Min AMRAP
  • Shuttle Run - 5m / 10m/ 15m
  • 'start' at 5 pull ups - adding another pull up each round
  • 'start' at 10 push ups - adding another push up each round
