Veterans Day - Wednesday

For Veterans Day we are honoring one of many. Today former USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.
Warm Up:
800m Run
10 Hip/Back Extensions
10 GHD Sit Ups
10 Dips (outside)
(2 rounds)

WOD:

Level 1:
* 155 M / 95 W pound Deadlift, 12 reps
* 155 M / 95 W pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
* 155 M / 95 W pound Push jerk, 6 reps
Level 2: 95 M / 65 W

Great job today to everybody who honored a hero on the day for all the wonderful men and women who serve our country past and present. This was a good one. Once again great job to all.

Did 4 rounds of #115 last night in 22:58. I was going for weight and form. Not to worried about time.
